Burns night and an easy Chilli Cheese Bread Recipe….

Burns night didn’t go unnoticed in our house. The boys were home and we all love haggis so Bill cooked haggis sausage with root mash with potatoes and swede. It was delicious. We haven’t put our homemade haggis in the boxes this year because we’re never sure if people like haggis, but it is available in the shop if you’d like some.

I posted a chilli cheese bread recipe on our Facebook page which is a white, no knead recipe that you can adapt and make all sorts of loaves and buns from. Have a look and a try, then let me know how you get on.
I’ve got another dough sitting on the side rising. This time it’s a 3rd whole meal and I’m going to add tomato purée to make a tomato bread. I’ll post a picture.
