Another busy week on the farm

Another busy week on the farm. The whole team has been at home and helping to prepare for our reopening of the shop on the 1st of December. We’re like elves running around making measuring sticks for cut trees and doing general maintenance and tidying. Rush, rush, rush.

The garden team are still busy little bee despite the weather and the harvesting and winter preparations are constant at this time of year.

There was even mention of pigs in blankets sandwiches one lunch time, that’s just how excited we are all getting. Everything is food and Christmas!Menu ideasFajitasThe rump steak in this weeks box  is crying out to be my Northumbrian take on fajitasI serve mine in fluffy, floury flat bread.
