Deliveries
Orders placed before 09:00am on Friday will be delivered on the next Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your delivery area. Orders placed after 09:00am on Friday will be added to the delivery list for the week following the next delivery cycle.
Any monthly boxes will be delivered on the 1st Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of the month depending on your delivery area.
Please note, it may be necessary to make deliveries at a different time of day on occasions, or during periods, when special circumstances apply, and we reserve the right to do so.
Meat orders are usually delivered in a cold bag or box. Fruit and vegetable orders are delivered in a wooden crate or cardboard box. All packaging is ours and we ask that it be returned each week.
You are responsible for providing us with a suitable location for your delivery. We cannot accept liability for any damage done to your delivery (including theft) once the delivery has been made to the location you have specified.
Please note: add-on items, such as meat packs, are subject to a minimum £50 order value for free delivery in our box scheme delivery areas, unless to be delivered at the same time as a box.
Delivery outside these areas can be arranged – please contact us for details and cost.
