Fennel Remoulade

The perfect accompaniment for homemade rissoles, beef burgers or fish cakes.

Ingredients

1bulb fennelfinely shredded
1small onionfinely sliced
2tbsp Parsleychopped (or a good pinch of dried)
4tbsp homemade mayonnaise
2tbsp Dijon mustard
1tsp capersrinsed
1tbsp gherkinschopped (or 1 tsp piccalilli)
1 lemonsqueezed

Instructions

Simply mix all the ingredients together and serve!
