We keep a mix of organic breeding Chinese and Ebden type geese which produce goslings that we rear on grass through the summer and prepare for Christmas and Easter time.
They graze freely around the paddocks and eat a top up of organic corn when they want too. They also act as a guard dog, honking away whenever someone comes down the drive!
