We keep a range of turkeys which we sell as oven ready birds at Christmas time. We have ‘Elvis’ and his wife, who are our breeding pair that produce and rear our traditional black turkeys and we also rear a few white organic turkeys that we buy in at six weeks old in the summer for customers who need a larger size bird for the Christmas table.
