Product Description

Spend the afternoon in the butchery here at Christmas Farm learning how to make sausages, hams, bacon and other cured pork products.

We will go through the basics of curing using one of our organically reared pigs, turning the pork into fabulous products for you to take home and enjoy.

This afternoon workshop should give you the confidence to make your own bacon and sausages  at home.

Start at 1.30pm with coffee and cake and will finish around 4pm. You will take home a pack of the sausages that you have made on the day and some bacon.

This workshop is a great addition to the half day butchery workshop which runs on the morning of the same day. A homemade organic lunch is provided free of charge if you book both half day workshops on the same day.
