Spend the day with Lee, getting hands on and learning knife skills that will help you bone, dice, carve and trim to make the most of different cuts of our organic meat.
Always wondered why fillet steak is more tender than rump? Want to know how to portion up a big chicken for the freezer? Well this is the workshop for you. We’ll show you the basics of butchery, then you’ll get hands on and have a go yourself!

Go home stuffed with great food, knowledge and at least 4kg of the joints, mince, chops and other cuts you’ve prepared throughout the day.
You can come along as a guest of a participating attendee to watch and join us for lunch for £20.
