Simple Kale & Pasta

A simple and quick mid-week supper dish.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a pan, fry the onions in the olive oil until they start to colour and become soft. Add the kale and a little water. Put on a lid and steam until the kale is tender.
  2. Cook the pasta - quantities and times as to the packets instructions.
  3. Drain the pasta and toss with the kale, onions, herbs and cheese. Squeeze over the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
