Deliveries to Longframlington, Longhorsley, Rothbury and the areas immediately surrounding, are made on Tuesday evening.
Deliveries to Morpeth and areas surrounding, as far north as Widdrington, are made early on Wednesday morning.
Deliveries to the northern part of the delivery area, up to Berwick, are made on Wednesday afternoon and early evening.
Deliveries to areas south of Morpeth are made early on Thursday morning so your box is waiting for you before you leave for work (unless you’re a milkman!).
You don’t need to be in to take your delivery. For most customers, we arrange to leave the box in a safe place such as the doorstep, in the porch or shed. If you live in a communal building or flats we can arrange to get a door code from you to leave your delivery in your lobby or on the doorstep.
Orders placed before 09:00am on Friday will be delivered on the next Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your delivery area. Orders placed after 09:00am on Friday will be added to the delivery list for the week following the next delivery cycle.
Any monthly boxes will be delivered on the first Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of the month depending on your delivery area.
